Description:docs/README.variables defines ANSWEREDTIME variable differently than comments in app_dial.c.

app_dial.c clearly sets value to end_time - answer_time so README.variables should be changed to reflect this.

I propose the changes to the README.variables file attached.

if im not wrong:
${DIALEDTIME} is like the duration into CDRs.
${ANSWEREDTIME} is like the billsec into CDRs.

Your bug description kind of confused me, but your patch itself looks like it does correct wrong documentation.
