Description:prety much as the title says, using res_odbc, extconfig, with mysql.

i can setup sip accounts in the db and works fine, but if i even have one register entry in sip.conf asterisk coredumps.

****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ******

its easy to replicate, just setup asterisk with extconfig and add a register line to sip.conf.
if i take out either the register line or comment out sipfriends entry in extconfig.conf it doest die.

users can register to the server fine.

Also can you confirm if you're doing "realtime" or if you're doing the static one where you still have to execute a reload?  Thanks.

there it is, yes its the realtime stuff, using sipfriends.
im not realy interested in the static config so so far i have not tested it.

try:

noload => res_config_mysql.so

in your /etc/asterisk/modules.conf

It appears that the two modules are conflicting.

Delvar, I accidently deleted the backtrace you intended to keep.  I'm sorry about that.

thanks, the noload => res_config_mysql.so stopped the core dump.
i had a core dump later but i dont know if it was related, if it hapens again ill post it.

you can close this bug.

thanks for your help guys.

I added some documentation in the README for res_config_mysql to explain this incompatibility.
