Description: | Problem occurs on 3 different Debian unstable machines: 2 x Dell SC400 hyperthreading uniprocessor and 1 x Dell Precision MT530 biprocessor. Caracteristics: - kernel 2.6.9 WITH SMP ENABLED - asterisk 1.0.2 - chan_capi 0.3.5 - Eicon Diva 4BRI Call 1 is proceeding normally, two minutes later call 2 comes in and triggers the clicking on both calls; after quickly hanging up call 2 the clicking stops on call 1. We record all our calls so I attached two GSM files (call 1 and call 2) to illustrate the problem. (to listen: sox <gsm-file> -t ossdsp /dev/dsp) The problem goes away when rebooting whith a non-SMP kernel. | ||
Comments: | By: papy (papy) 2004-12-10 03:03:30.000-0600 Couldn't upload call-1 file: it triggers an "application error" in the BTS. The file is 1M is size. The files are available at: http://zenon.apartia.org/clicking-call-1.gsm http://zenon.apartia.org/clicking-call-2.gsm By: Mark Spencer (markster) 2004-12-10 18:06:56.000-0600 This is a hardware technical support issue and does not belong on the Asterisk bug tracker. Please contact your hardware supplier to resolve the problem. |
