Description:If I have the following in my extensions.conf:
exten => 801,1,Dial(Zap/2) and I dial 801 from Zap/3 (both are FXS ports on a TDM400P) I, as the caller, get a dialtone after about 20 seconds and can dial extensions.

Sorry, dialing from Zap/3 to Zap/2 of course, not Zap/1

I just tried it on CVS-NHEAD-10/05/04-12:59:47 on a TDM400 (Zap/1 to Zap/2) and I didn't see this behavior.  Zap/2 just keeps ringing.

OK, I feel like a moron now.  I had a SPA-3000 also plugged into that port and IT was picking up the line after 20 seconds and giving dialtone.
