Description:when a sip peer goes lagged/unreachable/reachable, it's nice to know what their measurements are for graphing/trending etc.

also, if an rsa key fails, it's nice to know which one

nope.  i don't think small changes to debug output warrant one.  zero thought or creation went into the process, only typing.
