Description:	For contexts in dialplan with ignorepat, DISA no longer restores dialtone after the ignorepat pattern is matched.  I noticed this in CVS effective 15-Sep-2004, but I think it has been that way for a bit longer.  Doing a diff on the source from 8-Aug-2004, it looks like all checking for ignorepat was removed from the DISA application. ****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ****** Patch is for asterisk/apps/app_disa.c Note that while I have not extensively tested this patch, I believe it to fix the problem (it is working for me).  Nevertheless, the problem is real, and I was unable to locate any existing bug.
