Read the bug posting guidelines.  This does not qualify as MAJOR.  The error message you put at the end is something from mpg123 and may be safely ignored.  Ca you provide debugging to show your "RTP" issue you're seeing?

-- Executing MP3Player("SIP/shakeel-0169", "test.mp3") in new stack
Sep 15 22:07:18 NOTICE[327700]: rtp.c:420 ast_rtp_read: RTP: Received packet with bad UDP checksum
Sep 15 22:07:21 NOTICE[327700]: app_mp3.c:91 timed_read: Selected timed out/errored out with 0

ok now what i have got is a codec error. Even mpg123 is playing same songs in MusicOnHold.  any idea ...

PS: Sorry for not reading guidelines.

The received packet with bad UDP checksum is like just what it says, especially if you have a cheap NAT router in the way.  You can use ethereal to verify it.

The timed read timing out is likely caused by not having the right options to mpg123.  I suggest you join #asterisk and seek technical support there before continuing.  Let someone that knows what they're doing look at your mpg123 setup.

I just tested the MP3Player just to be sure, and it's definitely working.  You need to get on IRC and get some help there, or purchase support from Digium if you need help getting it working.
