Description:Since about 2 weeks CVS has a problem with recogonizing e.g. the voicemail password correctly: Only the first or max. half of the digits are recognised. For me this happens often (but not always) with a GS BT101 on firmware 1.0.5.7 (and 1.0.5.7) set to "DTMF info" but others also reported 7960 phones to exhibit the problem.

BTW, this problem *might* also exten to Background(). It *could* be related to slightly reduced bandwidth (which however is still perfectly sufficient for a decent voice conversation using g.711)

****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ******

Sorry, no more debug info, I am currently away from my phones, but check the discussion on users-l:

should read "SIP INFO", not "DTMF info"

No placing bugs by proxy.  Either the person who has the bug places it or it doesn't get placed.  The report of 2833 problems is in any case completely unrelated to your SIP info issue.  If you look in the history of bugs, we saw a SIP INFO bug related to voicemail which turned out to be a grandstream issue with sending the same sequence number.

If this is a problem for you, you can produce debug and open the bug at that time, but please don't open bugs with a vague problem with no debug information and when you cannot obtain it.

When you have debug information, if you still feel this is a bug in Asterisk, you may reopen this bug or submit a new one at your option.
