Description:This patch adds the ability to pass command arguements to safe_asterisk and have them passed through to the asterisk process when it starts. This is neccessary for the new init scripts to function correctly when users choose to use SetUID or SetGID (-U and -G) flags.

This patch is required for the Debian init script http://bugs.digium.com/bug_view_page.php?bug_id=0002008 (2008 is now in cvs) to work properly with -U and -G.
Thanks
