| Description: | This patch adds a custom_beep parameter to the agents.conf file to allow a different sound file to played to agents that are always connected, instead of the hard-coded "beep" file. In our case, we wanted a louder, more distinct sound to be played to wake up the agents, without changing the beep that is used by other applications (such as Record). | ||
