| Description: | Installed the CVS from last night and now when a call is parked, the person parked does not hear music on hold anymore and they cannot be retrieved from the parking lot (701). If the parked person hangs up, the channel becomes locked and all incoming callers on the PRI get blocked with a message on the asterisk console saying that that channel is already in use and can't be picked up again. ****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ****** The Asterisk console can not be shutdown through normal means. It must be killed. | ||
