Description:Outbound audio from SIP devices are missing with latest CVS. With established calls between SIP and SIP, SIP and ZAP, outbound audio from SIP phone is missing. Reproducible with Cisco 7960 and Grandstream 101

Cisco 7960 is using ulaw, GS101 is using g729.
- Calls between 7960 and GS101 is of total silence.
- Calls between GS101 is of total silence
- Calls between 7960/GS101 and Zap has one way audio (I can hear the analog phone from 7960/GS101, but not the other way around)

Disable reinvite and tell me if the problem goes away.

caninvite=no has always been set. So, no, the problem persist with reinvite disabled

I had what sounds like the same problem until I found out by looking as the sample conf files that some of the sip.conf syntax had changed.  The use of localnet and localmask is now different.

The old syntax:

localnet = 192.168.1.0
localmask = 255.255.255.0

The new syntax:

localnet = 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0
