I'm working on a patch to get this working.  I'll need somebody to test it though.  I don't have a system set up using agents and queuing. :-)

We can test that, no problem! :)

Ok, try that out.  Sorry it took so long, got involved with a couple of other projects.  Thanks.

We've tested that patch and it works like a charm. Many thanks!!!

Matthew,

Thanks for the very useful patch.

I have created a chan_agent.c patch for ASTERISK-1405 which adds Manager Events and Queue Log entries for Agent Callback Logins.  I would like to have such events and queue_log entries produced when an agent is logged off using your patch.

How should I proceed?  There hasn't been much interest in my patch so far, and I was wondering if you could take a look at it to see if you think it is useful, and if so, help move it along towards having it applied to the CVS source.  We have been testing it for the last few days without any problems.

Let me know if I can help in any way.

Thanks,
Frank Mandarino

I think that it would be good to talk about this somewhere else.  Are you on IRC?

I have connected to #asterisk with Chatzilla, and registered nicknames 'fmandarino' (work) and 'fam' (home).  I am joined right now as 'fam'. (I have never chatted on IRC before, so go easy on me.)
