Description:After a Power On the FXO Modules do not initialize when the "modprobe wcfxs" command is used.  You'll see a message in the dmesg output saying so and they can't be accessed by Asterisk.  But if you do a "rmmod wcfxs" and "rmmod zaptel" followed by the "modprobe wcfxs" everything works just fine.

****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ******

This is on a Dell 1600SC running Fedora Core 1.  This system had four X100P cards and was working before any changes were made.  FedEx dropped off the new TDM04B this morning.  I removed the X100P cards and installed the TDM04B.  No other changes were made.

Can you provide the output, just so we can tell what's going on?

Mark said its a bug but if you reboot it should be fine.  Happens on first boot.

Hi bkw, yes a reboot will get things going, but this is needed after every Power On.  So I've changed my rc.local to:

modprobe wcfxs
rmmod wcfxs
rmmod zaptel
modprobe wcfxs
safe_asterisk

Things will now restart automatically even after a power outage (like we had here last night).
