Description: | AgentLogin with ackcall=always and autologoff=15 in agents.conf does not autologoff an agent, if an agent does not press a # to answer a call. An agent line should be hanged up and an appropriate queue_log record should be created. ****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ****** Asterisk CVS-04/14/04-11:10:24 | ||
Comments: | By: Brian West (bkw918) 2004-04-27 16:40:42 whats your timeout set to? If your ring timeout is set less than autologoff, then autologoff will NOT happen. bkw By: vgeller (vgeller) 2004-04-27 16:53:55 timeout = 20 in queue.conf edited on: 04-27-04 15:48 By: Brian West (bkw918) 2004-04-30 13:02:16 using off hook agents or agentlogincallback or dynamic agents? By: vgeller (vgeller) 2004-04-30 13:36:37 It's for off-hook (allways connected) agents. When we tested dynamic agents(AddQueueMember, RemoveQueueMember), it did not work either. It works properly for agentcallbacklogin though. By: Brian West (bkw918) 2004-04-30 14:16:16 I think thats how it was designed to work. By: vgeller (vgeller) 2004-04-30 22:40:25 If it would be possible to configure an autologoff for off-hook and dynamic agents, the system would be much more flexible. In the project I am working on that's important. By: twisted (twisted) 2004-05-01 01:23:05 Unfortunately, this is not a bug, and is going to be closed as such. If you need a feature to auto-logoff static agents, I suggest you open a feature request, or post a bounty on the wiki. HouseKeeping. - Not a Bug |
