Description:AgentLogin with ackcall=always and autologoff=15 in agents.conf does not autologoff an agent, if an agent does not press a # to answer a call.  An agent line should be hanged up and an appropriate queue_log record should be created.

whats your timeout set to?  If your ring timeout is set less than autologoff, then autologoff will NOT happen.

timeout = 20 in queue.conf

using off hook agents or agentlogincallback or dynamic agents?

It's for off-hook (allways connected) agents.
When we tested dynamic agents(AddQueueMember, RemoveQueueMember), it did not work either.

It works properly for agentcallbacklogin though.

I think thats how it was designed to work.

If it would be possible to configure an autologoff for off-hook and dynamic agents, the system would be much more flexible.

In the project I am working on that's important.

Unfortunately, this is not a bug, and is going to be closed as such.  If you need a feature to auto-logoff static agents, I suggest you open a feature request, or post a bounty on the wiki.
