Description:Modification for say.c/ast_say_number/ast_say_number_full so it can say numbers in Danish when language is set to 'da'.

In addition to English, the following sounds are required: "millions", "and" and "1-and" through "9-and"

Though "1-and" literally is "one and", the pronunciation sounds more natural when a combined sound file is used.

I am no expert in German, but I think the same grammar applies to German.

THis patch is integrated into ASTERISK-1414. Please help me test that integrated patch to make sure I haven't broken any danish support. Confirm in that bug report.

Also, make sure you fax a disclaimer to Digium and confirm in 1429. Oterhwise this patch can't go into CVS. Thank you for your continued support of this patch! /Olle

Re-closing bug report.

REMINDER: We need a disclaimer to include this is the general patch ASTERISK-1414. If I don't get a confirmation of a disclaimer, I will have to rip the support for Danish out of that patch.

Sorry for pushing you, but I'm in a bit of a hurry to get this into CVS.
