| Description: | Would like to see a configuration option to set the key used by the ackcall option in agents.conf. Currently it is hard-coded to '#'. ****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ****** In an environment where an agent is logged into a queue on another asterisk server (over an IAX2 trunk), when a call is delivered to that agent the '#' key initiates a transfer instead of the desired ackcall. A simple solution would be to allow the ackcall key to be configurable. Another, more complicated solution would be for the local asterisk server (the one the agent is logged into) to 'know' that the call is coming from the queue application and pass the '#' through to the application. | ||
