Description:This is a patch set to make Asterisk compile on OpenBSD (3.x) (the resulting code also runs! :-).

Some of the patches were taken from the Wiki, but they were incomplete.

I have compiled and tested on both OpenBSD 3.3 and on Linux RH 9.0 without difficulty with these patches.  Works fine.

I looked them over and everything looks good.  I'll test them out on a few linux boxes to verify there aren't any problems and commit them to CVS head.

Well, the only problem I could find is that the safe_asterisk script barfs, but that's only a minor headache.  Perhaps someone could take a look at it to ensure that the right variables are being used so that it works on BSD as well as Linux?

the machine/endian.h patch is also needed for FreeBSD.
