Description: | I am having * voicemail problem when recording using format g729. If I left voicemail on * with my Sip-phone using g729, the message is like stretched out. Something like, if I left message 1-2-3, it is played bak as oneeee-twooo-threee (length of playback is twice the original). Recording from SIPphone using G711 is working fine. This only happens when the G729 call is coming from a SIP phone registered on SER with RTPproxy enabled. SIP phone registerd on SER w/ RTPproxy using G711 don't have this problem, as well as SIP phone (using either 729 or 711)registered directly to * . | ||
Comments: | By: Olle Johansson (oej) 2004-03-25 03:17:02.000-0600 So normal G.729 calls from the same phone through SER/RTP-proxy to/through asterisk works all right? Just want to see if the problem is voicemail or the combination of SER/RTP-proxy and Asterisk. Could also be that specific phone, what brand is it? Anyone else seen similar problems?
