Description:Provide compatibility with CCM using chan_h323.so.  Currently when asterisk connects to CCM it receives audio only.  I have seen discussion of this issue in the mail lists and even a discussion about the solution.  Here is a link to the discussion.

cannot be fixed with the current architecture of chan_h323

Would like to upload a patch that appears to work.  This feature was important to us and after some investigation I believe this patch will solve this issue.  Hopefully there are some other CCM sites that can help test this patch.
