Description:te410p is installed in a sever.

Starting the Host machine from cold starts the card correctly and all works nicely.

Typing 'shutdown -r now' causes the card to not receive interrupts when it comes back up.

The only way to get the thing working again is to shutdown the server. kill power. and restart from complete cold state.

****** STEPS TO REPRODUCE ******

Reboot the server.
