Description: | The Voicetronix driver uses the , for a pause and a & to indicate flash hook. As both of these characters are used for other purposes within the Dial application, it is impossible to directly use either character in the VPB dial string. The remedy is to translate other characters into the characters the VPB driver expects, namely 'w' for pause, and 'f' for flash-hook. ****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ****** IMPORTANT: the voicetronix driver uses 1.0 seconds for a pause, while the Zaptel driver uses 0.5 seconds for a pause. | ||

By: twisted (twisted) 2004-04-29 10:02:53 Any update on this? Anyone tested? By: Mark Spencer (markster) 2004-05-01 21:24:17 DOn't touch the dest. If you are modifying it, needs to be done in a copy. |
