Description:I noticed that the latest MS WAV formats (as used by XP) have a slightly longer header than expected by format_wav.c. This seems to be because they can include text facts about the music in the wav file. I updated format_wav.c to allow asterisk to use wav files created in this new format. The patch has been well tested.

Reminder sent to markster

Just compare this bug and patch with one provided by me in ASTERISK-450. Also, if you would fix autogaining on recording - you could close my bug.
