Description:I am not sure I am allowed to edit this file since it is signed with "Mark Spencer", but I'll give it a shot anyway. :-) Regularly we have uses on the mailing list asking "I don't have a soundcard, can I still install Asterisk?" and this is due to the misleading information in README.

Moreover I included a link to the Wiki as this is currently the best - and most up-to-date - source of documentation, and I believe that will remain so for quite some time.

Also I did mention chan_capi since the recommendation is actually not to use i4l at all, so we shouldn't start with feeding users wrong info, and then torture newbies because they seem to lack the info about the better alternative.
