Description:When using ztdummy music on hold sounds very very choppy almost like every other second is cut out, if I use  "rmmod ztdummy" then MOH sounds fine.

I should add that there are no digium hardware in this box

ztdummy must not like your USB controler.  The Yuck messages are normal.

Also, all IAX calls sound choppy as well.  Using ztdummy lets the meetme app work, however, it breaks lots of other things.

Get a true zaptel card for clocking.

Digium is providing ztdummy in cvs.  ztdummy is broken, so "get a card" is NOT an answer, remove ztdummy, or fix it. The server that I am trying to use does not have a free pci slot, (it is a 1u rack mount)
