Description:As requested on the list, the ADSI FDN and SEC codes should be customizable per user.

Allows the additional options of
adsifdn=1234
adsisec=4321
in the options section for each user in voicemail.conf

Newer patch should allow you to specify non-printable characters as \xDD (or whatever the hex code for the character is)

shouldn't this be configurable per _Handset_ instead of per voicemail user?
Admittedly, I have no clue about how to access settings from zapata.conf in app_voicemail. OTOH, the adsi=yes/no flag is handed through from there, too...
