Description: | Like ZapScan that barges a Zap channel, it would be great if there is an App like Whisper which barges any kind of channel like Zap, SIP or IAX2 and using this the admin can say something to either leg of the call. The requirement is of a call center on which I am working and the dmin while listening to the Agent and Customer conversation, want to intruct/guide the Agent if he is unable to answer the customer queries or just stucked. I am not aware if other channels can disconnect from the media stream, like a SIP re-INVITE.
