sounds like dtmf mode issues... can you post your configs?

on the list I read that this can be a firmware issue of the ip10s, and that later firmware fixes this... but maybe both sides (* and ip10) have their part in this...

so this is something that can/was fixed by a firmware update on the ip10?

I have the latest firmware (according to Swissvoice).  Firmware versions, with * config:

Interesting.  Thanks for the heads up. Will go back at the distributor for "latest" files.  On another note, those updates are not available on Swissvoice's website.. any ideas?

I had the same problem with my dph-100m phones from dlink. after tweaking the dtmf settings on the phones (don't remember exactly how, but it was in or out of band stuff).
