I have been trying to work with Dlink's tech support but they have been highly unresponsive. I do not belive that any of these settings will affect the success of ADSIProg.

The ADSI download is processed as a generator in order to be phased locked with the codec on the phone.  That means that if there is silence suppression, we will not transmit audio.  Silence suppression MUST be disabled if there is any chance of ADSI working.

Joako - I don't know of any particular solutions for getting silence suppression turned off for the D104's.  However, this does seem to be a specific problem that is linked to your hardware.  Unless there is some commentary in the next day or so as to how this could be solved within the confines of what Asterisk can do, I'll close the ticket.
