Description: | I would like to change the "show applicaion meetme" documentation, from: ---- " MeetMe(confno[|options]): Enters the user into a specified MeetMe conference.\n" "If the conference number is omitted, the user will be prompted to enter\n" "one. This application always returns -1. A ZAPTEL INTERFACE MUST BE\n" "INSTALLED FOR CONFERENCING FUNCTIONALITY.\n" "The option string may contain zero or more of the following characters:\n" " 'a' -- set admin mode\n" " 'm' -- set monitor only mode\n" " 'p' -- allow user to exit the conference by pressing '#'\n" " 's' -- send user to admin/user menu if '*' is received\n" " 't' -- set talk only mode\n" " 'd' -- dynamically add conference\n" " 'v' -- video mode\n" " 'q' -- quiet mode (don't play enter/leave sounds)\n" " 'b' -- run AGI script specified in ${MEETME_AGI_BACKGROUND} (Zap channels only)\n" " (does not work with non-Zap channels in the same conference)\n"; --------------------- The ZAPTEL warning is wrong, you can use a USB or RTC timer with add-on modules. Also, the text does not explain WHEN the AGI script is executed and the zaptel warning is a bit unclear - can I run this with SIP devices only, is it the mixing that works - or does this option ONLY support zaptel devices? | ||
Comments: | By: John Todd (jtodd) 2003-10-30 13:54:50.000-0600 OK, if you feel like updating it, please change your copy of the source code and submit a "diff -u" of the old and new copies. Then attach that as a file to this bug. If it seems reasonable, the patch will be made. As far as when the AGI script is executed: a little trial and error should reveal that to you. By: Olle Johansson (oej) 2003-10-30 14:01:47.000-0600 ...haven't got any zaptel devices, so I guess there will be more errors than trials... Someone wrote this text and it's not very clear. I can't change it by guessing. Sorry. If I had the answer, I'd proposed something. |
