Description:This is a modification to the addmailbox script to setup voicemail2 mailboxes in various contexts..

The addmailbox2 script contains some basic instructions on screen when run to help first time users..

If no context is entered the default value will be "default"..

I have not sent in a disclaimer yet but will get one off ASAP so this can be included in the CVS..

I may be wrong here but last I checked voicemail[2] would create the mailboxes when they were first used.

Yes I just tested this... it creates them when checking and leaving voicemail if they don't exist.

it may be desirable to have alternate "unavailable" and "busy" messages, and editing the script is a much cleaner way than editing the source code.

You also may want to call the script from some other management interface when creating a voicemail box for a user..

There seem to be a number of people working on management gui's for asterisk at the moment..

again invent_message and all the directories are created automatically.  Maybe this is a good thing to add to a contrib directory?
