Description: | Asterisk's behavior with call waiting is inconsistent with the way call waiting works traditionally. Expected behavior: 1. User is talking on extension 2. Call comes in, user hits "flash" 3. User talks to new caller 4. User hangs up phone (not FLASH) 5. Extension rings user back with original caller Asterisk behavior: 4.
