Description: | When an IAX client tries to connect to another IAX client each having different codec the call fails. Even after setting notranfer=yes in iax.conf, Asterisk still does not control the RTP stream and in effect doesn't control the codec conversion like it's done from SIP->IAX or IAX->TDM | ||
