Description:attached is my diff for asterisk of what it took to get it working on fbsd 5.1 gcc 3.2. this is my first turn in if I did it wrong please inform me.

I used diff -C3 -rcs on a the cvs of today and my dir asterisk1. I hope this helps fbsd users .

I do get a module error with app_sayunixtime.so and lpc10.so. other ten that it seems to build and thus far work.

This patch breaks both Linux and OpenBSD builds.

Also, please build patches with "cvs diff -u" -- they will then exclude any CVS administration files, and we'll be sure the diffs are against what is actually in CVS.

I don't think this patch is appropriate and it appears to remove some other recently added functionality.

Is the code in this patch superceded by the code in http://bugs.digium.com/bug_view_page.php?bug_id=0000389   ?  It seems that they claim to do the same thing, but I have not reviewed the code.  Number 389 is really only waiting on a very minor makefile change to be committed to CVS (again)
