| Description: | Depending on what changes are done, a rebuild of parts of Asterisk does not always happen ****** ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ****** This patch will unconditionally run $(MAKE) in directories that build libraries, such that those makefiles will have a chance to see if a rebuild is needed. It also changes stdtime/ to build a library, libtime.a, so that such dependencies are easier to track. | ||
