Is there any non-deprecated RFC that defines the BYE/Also method?

By: chriz (chriz) 2003-08-24 18:17:25

It seems that the method is superceeded by rfc3515, is asterisk supporting this one ?
BYE/also support would still be great for backward compatiblity.

We support "REFER" method.  In any case if there is no standard to reference i'm a bit leary to implement it.

Bye/Also support has been added although it logs a NOTICE that this is a deprecated feature of SIP.
