Description:Over the weekend, I installed the 16Aug version of pri, zaptel, and libpri.   This was in order to get the latest versions, since I've been having trouble with stuck B channels on inbound calls.  Since then, B channels restart after every call, and sometimes on their own even without a call.   The restart of a B channel occurs 3-4 seconds after the conclusion of a call.  Customer is not willing to turn on system with these restarts occurring.

We'll need to see the output of "pri debug span 1" (or whichever span it is) in order to determine the restarts associated with stick B channels.  However, Asterisk *does* restart the idle PRI channels every several minutes to be sure things have not gotten out of sync with the other end.

Hi Mark-
I have attached a file with the PRI debug output for the Span.  These B restarts occur about 3 seconds after the end of each and every call.  The reason I believe this may be a problem is that this is to be a VERY busy system with new calls occurring immediately when channels are available.  The automatic restarts that you mention may also be a problem depending on when they occur, but time will tell.  Thanks

This problem seems to be gone after a CVS update today (19August), so let's close it for now!
Thanks
